As a Virtual Client Relations Assistant, you will:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, delivering excellent customer service through phone,
- Assist in the client intake process, gathering pertinent information and scheduling consultations.
- Regularly communicate case updates to clients, ensuring they feel informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Coordinate and distribute client satisfaction surveys, addressing any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless communication and service to clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a client relations or customer service role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Availability during our standard business hours (EST).
