ob Overview:
We are hiring a high-energy outbound caller / appointment setter to contact leads and pre-qualify people who may be interested in putting a life insurance policy in place.
Your main job is simple:
Make 300–400 outbound calls per day
Speak with leads professionally and confidently
See if they’re open to learning about life insurance options
Qualify interest
Book appointments directly onto my calendar
Keep notes organized in the CRM
Follow up with interested prospects when needed
This is a high-volume calling role. Most people won’t answer, some will hang up, some will not be interested — that’s normal.
The goal is consistency.
Success looks like:
Staying disciplined through a high number of calls
Booking quality appointments
Finding serious people who want protection for themselves/family
Compensation:
Hourly pay
Performance bonuses for booked appointments that show up
BIGGER bonus if a booked appointment becomes a client
Important:
Even 1 solid client can mean a strong bonus on top of your hourly pay.

Call Script Example
When they answer:
“Hi, is this [First Name]?
Hi [First Name], this is [VA Name] calling on behalf of Nadeem’s life insurance office.
You recently requested information about life insurance options, and I’m just following up to see if you’re still interested in getting some coverage information for yourself or your family.”
(Pause and listen)
If YES / Maybe:
“Perfect. Nadeem is helping people review affordable protection options and see what they qualify for.
This is just a quick consultation to go over options and answer questions.
He has openings at [TIME OPTION 1] or [TIME OPTION 2]. Which works better for you?”
(Book immediately)
Then:
“Perfect, you’re booked for [TIME].
Please be available and answer your phone at that time since Nadeem will personally call you.
