You do not need to know everything about insurance on day one. We provide paid training, clear procedures, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers with payments, account updates, policy closures, and general inquiries
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy
Explain information clearly and guide clients through the next steps
Learn insurance policies, procedures, and customer service processes
Maintain accurate customer records and complete daily documentation on time
Follow up on pending requests and help prevent service delays
Coordinate with tea

What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fast and accurate data-entry abilities
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision

Calm, patient, and respectful when assisting customers
