Insurance Sales Assistant

Position: Independent Contractor (Potential for Additional Hire Later)
Hours: 24-40 hours per week
Compensation: 11,400 PHP per 40 hours + Performance-Based Incentives

We are a small, family-run insurance agency with big plans for future growth. Our owner is a young entrepreneur who treats all employees like family and is committed to fostering a supportive, long-term work environment. We specialize in helping seniors with Medicare and other benefits, and we are looking to expand by hiring a dedicated teaUpgrade to see actual infomber for cold calling, inbound calls, texting, and lead generation.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are searching for a hardworking, motivated, and professional individual from the Philippines with excellent spoken and written English skills. We want someone who enjoys talking to people, is great at building rapport, and is eager to grow with us.

Important: The owner is looking for someone who is truly independent—not working under a larger company or agency. If you are part of an outsourcing company or have other commitments that may interfere with this role, this opportunity may not be the right fit.

Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential clients and following up on leads
Handling inbound calls and responding to inquiries professionally
Sending texts and engaging in lead follow-ups
Assisting with other lead generation activities as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English with a neutral accent
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must be a fully independent contractor (not working under a larger company)
Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
Bonus: Experience using GoHighLevel CRM is a plus but not required
Compensation & Growth Potential:
-11,400 PHP per 40 hours (pro-rated for part-time hours)
