JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for for an Insurance Quoting Associate who’s tech-savvy, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our Insurance Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting with our insurance customers. You will be responsible to pull customer’s policy, generate quotes, and billing. Additionally, you may be tasked to handle calls and provide potential customers with detailed information about their policies and our other insurance lines.

Tasks includes:
- Providing insurance quotes to customers
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with clients
- Available and able to work from 9am-5pm EST to meet our clients' needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for data entry and document management
- Typing skills of at least 50 WPM to efficiently handle client requests and inquiries
- Must have at least i5-7 processor or its equivalent and noise-canceling headset to ensure high-quality call connection; Windows based only.
- Open to serious candidates who want a full-time, long-term position with reliable internet and power connection
- Knowledgeable in Hawksoft, Smartsheet, and Ring Central is a plus.
