Insurance Quoting Associate

As our Auto Insurance Associate, you'll support our insurance customers by providing quotes, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer accounts. You’ll also assist with billing and provide detailed policy information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide auto insurance quotes (EZlynx) and respond to customer inquiries
* Access and update customer accounts with accuracy
* Assist with complaints, reports, and billing
* Maintain an organized complaint database

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Self-starter with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Available to work 9am-5pm EST
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and typing speed of 50 WPM
* Must have a computer with at least an i5-7 processor and a noise-canceling headset
* Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Ring Central knowledge a plus
