Insurance Policy Payment Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of both Lender Payment and Client Payment departments. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination with lenders and clients to guarantee that timely insurance premium payments are made to carriers, maintain high performance standards, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee coordination with lenders regarding requests for documents and general policy information.
- Oversee the processing of updates for mortgage clause changes with carriers.
- Supervise the verification of payments made to carriers.
- Supervise the coordination with lenders to resolve outstanding premium balances.
- Supervise the handling of payment plan and billing endorsements with carriers.
- Set performance goals for the team and monitor execution to meet targets.
- Prepare and submit performance reports for the team.
- Regularly evaluate team member performance, provide training and coaching, and equip Associates with the tools and information needed for success.
- Maintain and update the unit's manual of procedures to reflect current processes.

Qualifications:

* Comfortable interacting with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
* A competent professional who works well with people and has a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Decisive leadership capabilities
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Prior experience in billing or insurance-related roles is a plus.
