Pave Talent is seeking an exceptional Insurance Operations and Quality Assurance Specialist
Role Overview:
As an Insurance Operations and Audit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial processes while supporting operational efficiency. In addition to managing accounting tasks and operational updates, this role involves auditing various aspects of the business to confirm compliance with established processes and procedures. You will also audit completed work by the insurance Virtual Assistants (VAs) to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support
Manage QQ data downloads for financial and operational accuracy.
Assist with agency bill/reconciliation reporting and related financial processes.
Support billing and collections tasks by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Operational Support
Pull and log key reports from internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Update performance scorecards to reflect KPIs and organizational metrics.
Prepare and organize meeting materials, including slides for the team.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of financial processes, reports, and logs.
Organize data for audits and compliance purposes.
Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting and scorecard updates.
Quality Analysis
Audit completed work by insurance Virtual Assistants (VAs) to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Provide feedback to VAs and leadership based on audit findings, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Develop and maintain audit checklists and documentation to ensure consistency in evaluations.
Collaboration
Work closely with tea
Support leadership in preparing insights and updates for meetings.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Foundation in accounting processes, reconciliation, and reporting.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and accounting platforms (e.g., QQ).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in agency operations or insurance industry processes.
Familiarity with KPI tracking and scorecard management.
Experience in quality analysis or auditing processes.
Preferred Experience
2+ years in accounting support, administrative roles, or similar operational positions.
Experience in quality assurance or auditing work, particularly in the insurance or service industry.
