Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Follow-Up Specialist to join our remote team. Our company specializes in bill submission for No-Fault and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurances, and we need professionals to make follow-up phone calls to:

Verify the status of submitted bills with insurance carriers.
Request and obtain copies of denials, EOBs, and insurance correspondence.
Verify patient coverage details and confirm payment status.
Follow up with attorney offices to request medical records and confirm coverage.
Obtain lien information and ensure proper documentation for processing.
This role is critical in ensuring timely payments and accurate claim resolutions for our clients.

Requirements:
? Fluent in English with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
? Experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, or a related field (preferred but not required).
? Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple claims efficiently.
? Reliable internet connection, headset, and working computer.
? Quiet work environment to handle calls professionally.
? Commitment to purchasing a battery backup supply to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.
? Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity goals.
