We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
Process billing inquiries and payments.
Handle policy endorsements like address changes.
Assist in quoting insurance policies.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Proficient in English (Spanish preferred).
Customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Must have a fast laptop and dual monitors.
Must submit a Loom/YouTube video introducing yourself and explaining your suitability.
