Insurance Billing & Commissions Specialist

Pantheris Insurance Group is seeking a Billing & Commissions Specialist to oversee the financial operations side of the insurance process after invoices are issued. This role is responsible for payment tracking, premium remittance, commission reconciliation, and ensuring the agency receives accurate compensation from carriers.

Key Responsibilities - PLEASE READ
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients, lenders, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
• Must have experience with APPLIED EPIC
• Process and apply payments within the agency management system
• Remit premiums to insurance carriers and wholesalers accurately and on time
• Reconcile carrier commission statements and identify discrepancies
• Track accounts receivable and maintain organized financial records
• Coordinate with carriers regarding billing or commission issues
• Assist leadership with financial reporting and operational tracking
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive financial information
• Support accounting and operational workflows as needed
