The Role

We’re hiring an Offshore Insurance Account Manager based in the Philippines to operate as a core part of our broking team.

This is not a support role.

You’ll be expected to think, act, and operate like an Australian-based broker — managing policies, preparing submissions, reviewing coverage, and driving outcomes for clients.

The only difference: you’ll spend less time on the phone, and more time executing at speed and precision.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients (behind the scenes)
Preparing high-quality market submissions for insurers
Reviewing policies, endorsements, and wordings for accuracy and coverage gaps
Building renewal strategies and identifying opportunities to improve cover
Comparing quotes and preparing recommendations for clients
Managing policy changes, renewals, and documentation end-to-end
Working closely with onshore brokers to move deals forward quickly
Following up insurers and keeping ---------- ntum across all placements
Maintaining clean, structured data in CRM (HubSpot)
Identifying risks, issues, or gaps before they become problems
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly competent technically - you understand commercial insurance inside out
You are very familiar with insurance platforms like Sunrise, Ebix.
Fast and proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to do
Detail-obsessed - you catch what others miss
Commercially minded - you understand client outcomes, not just policies
Structured thinker - you can manage multiple clients, policies, and deadlines without dropping the ball
You take responsibility and get things done

Experience Required
3+ years in commercial insurance (brokerage, account management or underwriting)
Strong knowledge across multiple lines (Property, Liability, Financial Lines, Motor, etc.)
Experience preparing submissions and managing renewals
Comfortable reviewing policy wordings and identifying gaps
Experience working with Australian brokers or insurers
