Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer, Spray Tan Manual and Video

We are looking for an instructional designer to upgrade our existing spray tan training manual and video. You will improve the look, structure, and learning flow. You will keep the content accurate and easy to follow.

What you will do

* Review our current manual and training video
* Reorganise content into clear modules and step by step lessons
* Rewrite for clarity and consistency in tone and terminology
* Redesign the manual layout to look clean, modern, and premium
* Create checklists, quick guides, and simple knowledge checks
* Improve the video learning structure with a storyboard, chapters, and on screen text plan
* Deliver final files in print ready and editable formats

Required skills

* Experience creating training manuals, SOPs, or course materials
* Strong writing and editing skills
* Strong layout and visual design skills
* Comfortable working from existing content and improving it
* Reliable and responsive with good attention to detail

Tools

* Canva and or Adobe InDesign preferred
* Google Docs, Google Drive

Nice to have

* Experience in beauty training, service based training, or hands on skills training
* Basic video editing or storyboard experience
