Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content that are tailored to the needs of veterans.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to identify training needs and translate these into engaging learning modules.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams within Vet Claim Solutions, including Administrative, Operations, Marketing, and IT, to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize and manage Learning Management Systems to deliver and track educational content effectively.
• Conduct needs assessments and skills analysis to design and develop training and performance-support solutions.
• Ensure learning transfer occurs and successfully address performance gaps.
• Apply innovative and creative strategies to develop web-based tutorials, documented procedures, audio, and video vignettes.
• Create training content that cultivates inclusive and positive learning experiences.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars virtually to our clients and or company personnel.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, specifically in developing training for adult learners.
• Strong proficiency with various LMS platforms and instructional design software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software to enhance visual learning experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in delivering training sessions to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to capture and develop user requirements and convert them to design requirements

Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting Salary: $ 900 - $1000 + USD per month, commensurate with experience. Bonuses: Eligible for monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on personal and company performance. Will also be eligible for spot awards that can include monetary bonus, gift cards, extra time off, or non-monetary recognition.
• 13 Month Salary: prorated based on hiring date.
• Salary Increase: Opportunity for a salary increase after a 90-day probation period for exceptional performance and goal achievement.
