Instagram Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & DM Outreach (Part-Time, 4 Hours/Day, Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to assist with Instagram lead generation, DM outreach, and CRM tracking. Your role will be to find and engage with potential fitness clients, qualify them, and schedule sales calls.

Responsibilities include:
- Find & engage with 30+ new leads daily through company Instagram account
- Respond to Auto DM replies and start meaningful conversations with new followers
- Pre-qualify leads & book 2-4 sales calls per day to qualify for performance bonuses
- Track new leads in Google Sheets and Hubspot
- Track lead status & engagement in HubSpot CRM
- Manually send the link to collect emails for clients that are not part of an automated flow and manage follow-ups
- Provide daily KPI reports & submit a Google Doc of all DM conversations that led to booked calls for review

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of VA experience in social media lead generation
- Proven track record of booking sales calls via DMs - we prioritize quality over quantity
- Must have experience with high-ticket sales - must understand Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) service sales
- Highly efficient in pre-qualifying leads
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot (mandatory) and ManyChat
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 Level) – Strong grammar & communication (written)
- Highly organized & able to meet daily KPIs consistently
- Stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps) + backup plan
- Available Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day with potential future opportunity for role expansion to full-time

Preferred but not required:
- Experience with creating and updating ManyChat automation flows
- Updating marketing materials (e.g., free guides, newsletters), and integrating them into HubSpot or a marketing funnel

Offer:
- Starting Rate: base rate of $7-$10 USD per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonuses (commissions)
