Instagram Model Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level)

Our company is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Instagram Influencer Acquisition Specialist.

In this part-time role, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting new talent for our agency by cold messaging potential influencers on Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential models on Instagram by searching for relevant hashtags and profiles
* Cold message potential models to introduce our agency and gauge interest in joining by scripts which we will give you
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for Instagram model acquisition
* Work closely with the rest of the agency team to ensure that we are meeting our recruitment goals
* Send a daily report of how many DMs were sent from each account and how many leads came in

Requirements:
* Knowledge of Instagram and social media best practices
* A second phone (ideally an iPhone)
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Regardless of experience, you will receive full training for the role in the form of videos, PDFs, and ongoing support from our marketing team.

As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs.
