Instagram DM Setter

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Instagram DM Setter from the Philippines to join our fast-growing team.

Your main responsibility is to initiate conversations, build real connections, qualify potential clients, and schedule appointments through Instagram DMs. If you are confident in communication, easy to coach, and focused on hitting goals, this role is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:
- Start and manage conversations with leads via Instagram DMs
- Build rapport and properly qualify potential prospects
- Maintain accurate tracking of conversations and bookings
- Consistently hit daily and weekly booking goals

Requirements:
- Prior experience in DM setting, appointment setting, virtual assistance, or sales is a plus
- Strong written English communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
- Coachable with the ability to work independently
- Stable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Must be available to work weekends
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week required

Compensation
Base Pay: $250/month ($125 paid bi-weekly)
Commission: $50 per closed deal

Performance Bonuses:

5 deals closed = +$100
10 deals closed = +$200
15 deals closed = +$300
20 deals closed = +$500
