Your Role
Chat and engage with potential clients on Instagram DMs and comments
Qualify leads to see if they’re the right fit for our programs
Book discovery calls with ideal prospects
Follow up to maximize bookings
Track and report daily activity
Identify patterns in objections and help optimize our messaging

Who We’re Looking For
Strong written English skills and natural ability to build rapport
Familiar with InstagraUpgrade to see actual infossaging and engagement
Organized and detail-oriented – you track conversations and follow up
Comfortable with sales and direct outreach
Self-motivated and reliable – you work independently
Experience in wellness, coaching, or high-ticket sales is a plus

Your Growth Path
After 30 Days ? Earn $40 per call (with 30%+ show rate)
After 90 Days ? 7% commission per sale
After 6 Months ? Additional $5 per call plus team leader opportunities
