INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / APPOINTMENT SETTER (REAL ESTATE)

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Long-Term Career Opportunity

We are an established and growing real estate team based in Ottawa, Canada, seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to help convert and nurture our steady flow of inbound leads.

This is not a customer service position. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, overcoming objections, and booking qualified appointments.

**Only applicants with a proven track record of successfully booking appointments over the phone will be considered.**

What You'll Be Doing:

• Calling and following up with inbound leads
• Qualifying buyers and sellers
• Building rapport and establishing trust
• Booking appointments for our agents
• Managing follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing
• Updating CRM records accurately
• Handling objections professionally
• Consistently achieving appointment and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales, appointment setting, or phone sales experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with a North American company
• Proven track record of booking appointments and achieving sales targets
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
• CRM experience (Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office
• Available to work North American business hours
• Experience in real estate, mortgages, insurance, or other high-ticket sales is a strong asset
