Salary: Starting at $800–$1,000/month USD + Uncapped Commissions (2% per sale)
Location: Work from Home (Philippines)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central U.S. Time (Night Shift PH)
On-Target Earnings: $1,500–$2,000+ USD/month for high performers

About the Role
BridgeCom Systems is looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Representative to join our growing global team.

In this role, you’ll work with warm leads and interested customers to help them find the right communication solutions for their needs. You’ll guide conversations, build trust, follow proven sales systems, and confidently move opportunities from inquiry to close.

This is primarily a sales role focused on communication, relationship-building, and closing deals. Technical interest or experience is a strong advantage, but you do not need to be an engineer or radio expert to succeed. We provide training, scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching to help you grow.

This is not a call center position. You’ll represent a real U.S. company, work with real customers, and build long-term relationships through phone, email, and text communication.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads and existing prospects via phone, email, and text
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate radio solutions
Explain product features and benefits in a simple, customer-friendly way
Answer customer questions and guide them through product options
Build rapport, qualify buyers, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Follow sales scripts, systems, and training to close deals consistently
Send quotes, follow up consistently, and update CRM (HubSpot)
Track daily activities and hit KPIs for calls, follow-ups, and revenue
Collaborate with U.S.-based tea ---------- mbers for support and coaching
Continue learning product knowledge and communication technology over time

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
2–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, outbound, or inbound)
Proven experience closing sales over phone, email, or text
Strong ability to explain basic technical concepts in simple terms
Confident phone presence and problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and backup power
Quiet work environment and professional headset
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Willingness to learn radio systems and communication technology

Nice to Have:
Experience in technical sales, IT, electronics, or communications
Background in radio systems, networking, or technical support
Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus

Windows or Mac computer capable of running multiple applications
