Inside Sales Rep, Tech Support Company

We run a remote tech support service for seniors 65 and older in the U.S. We help older adults with their phones, computers, and tablets by phone. Our customers are loyal and relationships drive everything.
We are hiring ONE person to own our sales pipeline. You will respond to leads fast, follow up until you get a yes or a no, handle objections, and ask for the sale every time. This is real sales. You will be measured on members closed. Pushy tactics do not work with seniors. Warm persistence does.

Handle objections through value, not pressure
Follow up relentlessly and never let a lead go cold
Are genuinely warm and patient with older adults (non-negotiable)
Speak clear, easy-to-understand English over the phone
Are self-managing and hit your numbers without being chased
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU:
Have never closed sales or have no numbers to show
Need heavy supervision to stay on task
Are not comfortable on the phone most of the day
Have background noise or a poor audio setup

WHAT YOU WILL DO EACH DAY:
Respond to every new lead within 1 hour by phone and text
Make outbound calls and follow up with past leads
Run intro calls, handle objections, and close the sale
Post in senior and caregiver Facebook groups to attract leads
Log all activity in our CRM daily
Send a short report each evening

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

All tools paid for: CRM, texting platform, calling system
Daily check-in with your manager

TECH REQUIREMENTS (must have before day one):
Windows 10 or newer, OR Mac macOS 11 or newer (no Chromebooks or tablets)
Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 minimum, 8GB RAM minimum
Internet: 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload minimum (run a speed test)
USB or 3.5mm headset with microphone (no earbuds, no speakerphone)
Quiet dedicated workspace for calls during U.S. business hours

COMMISSION (paid monthly, one-time per new member):
1 to 10 members closed: $5 each
11 to 20 members closed: $8 each
21 or more members closed: $12 each
Commission is a one-time payout only. It is not recurring. Free trials and guest signups do not count. A member must be active and paying for 30 days before commission is paid.

WAGE: $720/month base ($4.50/hr, 40 hrs/week) plus commission
