JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who is fluent in English and has a proven track record in real estate cold calling (1-5 years). The ideal candidate should be skilled in GoHighLevel (GHL), Espresso Agent, and real estate lead generation strategies, including Expired Listings, FSBOs, and Circle Prospecting. If you know your call stats, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and can convert cold leads into appointments, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners (Expired, FSBOs, and Circle Prospecting) using Espresso Agent and other lead generation tools.
• Track and report performance metrics (calls per day, contact rate, appointments set, conversion rates, etc.).
• Leverage GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead nurturing, automation, and CRM management.
• Engage and build relationships with potential sellers and buyers, handling objections professionally.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
