About the Role:

As a Remote Inside Sales Agent, you will connect via phone with homeowners who are interested in selling their properties. Your ability to build relationships quickly is key to success in this role.

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 6 PM EST (includes 1-hour break + 2 paid rest breaks)

Pay: Base $700-$1000 USD/month (DOE) + Performance Bonuses + Commissions

Salary Expectations with Bonuses: 15.000 USD per year

What You’ll Do:
Cold-call property owners to generate leads
Build rapport and uncover client needs
Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads
Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM

Technical Requirements:
Computer: Core i5 (or better) with 8GB RAM
