The Virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective clients across all divisions of the company, including Property Management, Real Estate Sales, Off-Market Acquisitions, and Capital Raising. The ISA's primary objective is to engage leads, qualify opportunities, gather critical information, and move prospects through the appropriate sales pipeline.
This role is focused on lead conversion, relationship building, appointment setting, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM. The ISA acts as the bridge between marketing efforts and the sales team, ensuring that no lead falls through the cracks and that qualified opportunities are consistently delivered to the appropriate department.
