Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, conducting cold calls, and nurturing leads through effective communication and sales techniques. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into appointments for our real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to leads and prospects provided by our database.
- Engaging potential clients through persuasive and professional communication.
- Qualifying leads based on their real estate needs and preferences.
- Scheduling appointments for field agents and following up on their progress.
- Utilizing CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss and project management tools like Trello to manage leads and track progress.
- Meeting weekly and monthly quotas for calls made, appointments set, and deals closed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Persistent and resilient attitude towards achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Follow Up Boss, is preferred.
- Experience using project management tools like Trello is a plus.
- Real estate industry knowledge or experience is beneficial but not required.
