We’re a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand looking for a Creator Manager to take ownership of our UGC (User-Generated Content) pipeline — from sourcing creators to managing content delivery and organizing assets.
If you love content, are highly organized, and know how to manage creators, timelines, and deliverables like a pro — this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with our creative strategist and media buyers to help produce high-performing video content that fuels our growth across paid social channels like TikTok, Instagram, and
What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Source and reach out to UGC creators and influencers that fit our brand
???? Send briefs and coordinate deliverables with each creator (script, style, timeline)
???? Track progress using Google Sheets (or Notion/Airtable if you prefer)
? Review content for quality and creative accuracy before submitting to editing/media teams
????? Organize and manage content folders via Google Drive
???? Follow up with creators, ensure deadlines are met, and rebook top performers
???? Log performance feedback based on ad results (we’ll guide you on this)
???? Maintain great relationships with creators to build a strong network
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing UGC creators or influencers
Strong communication and organizational skills
You’re reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Drive, and basic project tracking tools
Able to manage multiple creators and tasks without dropping the ball
Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok/Meta ad creative formats
Bonus: Experience with Airtable, Notion, or Trello (not required)
