JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) with proven experience in influencer outreach and partnership management to join our team. Your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to promote our products/services through social media posts, discount codes, and creative campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a track record of securing influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Research Influencers: Use social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools to find influencers/creators whose audiences align with our brand.

Outreach & Negotiation: Craft personalized outreach emails/DMs to pitch collaborations, negotiate terms (e.g., free products, commissions, or flat fees), and secure partnerships.

Campaign Management: Coordinate influencer content creation timelines, provide product details/discount codes, and ensure posts meet brand guidelines.

Track & Report: Monitor influencer posts, track engagement metrics (likes, shares, conversions), and report on campaign performance.

Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and partners to foster long-term collaborations.

Discount Code Management: Create, distribute, and track unique discount codes for influencers and campaigns.

Database Management: Maintain a detailed spreadsheet of influencer contacts, partnership statuses, and campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in influencer outreach, partnership management, or social media marketing (portfolio or examples of past campaigns required).

Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to craft compelling pitches and build rapport.

Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence) is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and influencer relationships simultaneously.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Trello/Asana, and basic analytics tools.

Reliable & Self-Motivated: Must have a stable internet connection, own laptop, and ability to work independently.
