JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand with a high-output creative operation. We move fast, we care deeply about creative quality, and we’re building a team of people who are genuinely obsessed with content — not just managing it.

The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Content & Partnerships Manager to sit at the intersection of creator management, influencer partnerships, and organic content strategy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Creative Strategist to bring content ideas to life — from initial brief to final deliverable.
This isn’t a “schedule posts and write captions” role. This is for someone who lives and breathes content, knows what’s trending before it peaks, and gets real satisfaction from seeing a creative idea execute perfectly.


Responsibilities
- Source and recruit creators through platforms like Insense/Instagram/TikTok
- Collaborating with our Creative Strategist
- Manage content creator communications, onboarding, and contracts
- Coordinate product shipments and track delivery timelines
- Oversee content deadlines and follow-up processes
- Review creator content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Organize approved assets and maintain structured workflows
- Help identify and retain high-performing creators for long-term partnerships
- Staying ahead of trends — you should have a genuine pulse on what’s working on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts right now

Ideal Candidate
- You’re organically obsessed — you scroll TikTok and think “we should do that” before you think anything else
- You’ve managed UGC creators or influencers before and know how to get great output from them
- You can read a creative strategy and immediately understand what the content should look and feel like
- You’re organized enough to manage multiple creators and deadlines without things slipping
- Bonus: you’ve grown or managed an organic social presence for a brand and can point to real results

What We’re NOT Looking For
- Someone who just schedules content and calls it management
- Someone who needs every idea handed to them
- Someone who isn’t genuinely excited by creative content
