JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in supplemental products. As a consumer brand, we believe in the power of user-generated content (UGC) to drive customer engagement, and increase sales. We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team. You will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, sales and to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Social Media, and Customer Support, to drive customer engagement, increase brand loyalty, and boost sales through the power of user-generated content.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics.

Influencer Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders to expand brand reach and engagement.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.

Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, agreements, and compensation with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use insights to optimize future campaigns for maximum impact.

Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in influencer marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve influencer strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
Passion for pop culture, digital trends, and emerging social media platforms.
