COMPENSATION & BONUSES:
- Hourly Pay
- +$5 bonus for every appointment you book within 5 minutes of receiving the lead
- You should be booking 5–10+ appointments/day
- That’s $90–$100/day and up to $1,000/week
- Compensation increases after Month 1, Month 3, then quarterly

THE ROLE:
You’ll be calling inbound leads from Facebook on behalf of our roofing clients using our system (GHL).
Your #1 goal: Contact every lead within 5 minutes. The faster you are, the more money you make.

This is NOT cold calling. These are warm inbound leads waiting to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast response time (5 minutes or less = bonus!)
- Excellent spoken English
- Experience booking inbound appointments
- GHL (GoHighLevel) experience is a PLUS
- Willing to follow a proven script
- Reliable internet & quiet work environment
