Inbound Customer Service Rep

Looking for QUALIFIED Candidate that MUST speak PROFICIENTLY in ENGLISH who has EXCELLENT speaking skills to provide great customer service for INBOUND CALLS from potential clients. Hired Candidate will receive inbound calls in English and NEEDS to speak Comfortably & Confidentially when addressing potential clients concerns. Inbound calls will be various types of calls from prospects making RSVPs for an event to asking questions about their policy. LASTLY, applying Candidate will also do some Outbound calling and various data entry assignments. Candidate MUST be 25 years or older AND a FEMALE only.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 3 years or more of experience in Inbound phone support in the English language ONLY
2. IN ADDITION, must have 2 years or more of experience in OUTBOUND or COLD CALLING
3. Have EXCELLENT speaking skills and KNOW how to make prospects feel comfortable & build trust OVER THE PHONE
4. Need to have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop


LANGUAGE & AGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak/Write in ENGLISH proficiently
2. Must be a FEMALE and 25 years or older


WORK SCHEDULE:
Work schedule is a full-time schedule, requiring to work 7 hours per day for 5 days a week.
Shift Days and Hours are Monday to Friday from 1pm to 8pm MST Arizona time.

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent job that requires little to no errors and to provide consistent quality results
2. Pay will be increased after 90 days of working and increased amount depends on employee's performance
3 Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new pay rate
4. 13th Month Bonus is available
