We are a UK based company looking for a confident and well spoken telesales operative who can manage and make contact with all incoming leads with the aim of booking appointments for the sales team. This is predominantly a B2C role where all leads will be provided for follow up calls.
What you'll be doing
- Handling enquiries that come in through
- Search for further contact information on Apollo or other sources
- Send messages using Whatsapp and sms
- Call the prospects, thanking them for their enquiry and asking if they would like to book zoom call with senior team
- Book meetings into the calendar
- Contact prospect to remind them of their meeting
- Follow up after the meeting and ask for feedback and book second meeting if necessary
- Keep CRM uptodate
Essential skills and experience
- Some experience in a telephone based role
- Exceptional spoken English — clear, professional, and confident with a neutral or highly intelligible accent
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and hold meaningful conversations with a range of personalities
- Strong objection-handling skills — calm, persuasive, and never aggressive
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups without dropping the ball
- Competent with CRM or call tracking tools — accurate data entry and record-keeping are non-negotiable
- Self-motivated and target-driven — you take ownership of your results
Desirable (Nice to Have)
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, financial services, immigration, or investment-related sectors
• Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL), Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms
• Experience booking appointments for high-value consultative services
• Understanding of the UK business landscape and cultural norms
