About YourEra AI Agency
YourEra is a native AI agency. We run complete AI transformation projects for service-based businesses doing $4M to $40M in revenue — Claude Skills,
The founder, Nick Hughes, has delivered 30+ multi-million-dollar digital transformation projects at one of the largest software companies in the world. His expertise is consulting and client relationships — he's business-first, not a deep technical operator. He knows how to scope a transformation, sell it in, manage stakeholders, and ship outcomes that move the P&L. That's why clients hire YourEra.
You'll work directly with Nick. He brings the strategy, the client, and the scoped use case. You bring the build.
About the Role
-We've just signed a 12-month contract with a new client — a property valuation firm operating across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane with around 20 staff and a roadmap of 24 AI use cases to deploy over the next year. The work spans Claude Skills for desktop and long-form valuation reports,
We need a Deployment Specialist to be Nick's right hand on the build — turning scoped use cases into shipped, tested, working automations.
You don't need to know
This is a full-time role: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Roughly 6 hours per day on client builds, and 2 hours per day on structured upskilling — courses, certifications, building practice projects in Claude and
What you'll do
- Build Claude Skills from scoped requirements — instructions, SOPs, prompt logic, do-NOT-use clauses, test sets
- Build
- Configure Claude Connectors for clients — Gmail, Google Drive, Monday, SharePoint, Teams, and custom MCP servers where needed
- Write CLAUDE.md files, system prompts, and prompt libraries in the client's voice
- Run Google Ads work — campaign builds, keyword research, ad copy, landing page briefs, performance reporting
- Run SEO work — technical audits, on-page optimisation, content briefs, internal linking, programmatic page builds
- Run AI-SEO work — optimising client content to be cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
- Test, QA and iterate every build before it goes to the client — log what breaks, fix it
- Document every build — a clear SOP the client's team can follow, in plain English
- Sit on client tuning calls with Nick, take notes, turn feedback into the next iteration the same week
- Maintain the build tracker across all 24 use cases — what's scoped, in build, in QA, live
- Handover and train — walk client staff through each build at go-live
What we're looking for
- Honesty and integrity, above everything else. When you say you'll do something, you do it. When you don't know something, you say so. When you miss a deadline, you tell us before we have to ask. This is non-negotiable — every other skill on this list is teachable, this one isn't.
- A fast learner — you don't need
- Technically curious — you like figuring out how things work, you read documentation without being asked, and you're not afraid of an API
- Logical, structured thinker — you can take a process, break it into steps, and spot where it'll break before it does
Comfortable with the common SaaS stack —
- Excellent written English — most communication is async, in writing, and the client reads everything
Detail obsessed — you test before you ship, you check the output, you find the bug before the client does
- Self-managing — you can take a scoped use case and run with it. You ask the right questions and don't wait to be told what to do
- Available during AEST business hours for at least 4 hours of overlap each day (Philippines timezone is workable)
Bonus: prior exposure to no-code automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable), prompt engineering, Google Ads, SEO, scripting (JavaScript, Python), or working with AI tools day-to-day
Nice to have
- A portfolio or examples of anything technical you've built or taught yourself — the project matters less than what it says about how you learn
- Front-end skills (HTML/CSS, basic React) for client-facing dashboards
- Experience writing technical documentation for non-technical users
What you'll get
- Full-time, long-term role with the agency
- 2 paid hours per day for structured upskilling — courses, certifications, practice builds
- Direct mentorship from Nick — you'll learn the consulting side, the client side, and the build side of AI transformation
- Variety — 24 use cases, multiple tools, real client work, no two weeks the same
- Salary commensurate with experience, paid in USD, plus performance bonuses on shipped builds
How to apply
- Send a short message (no cover letter please) covering:
- The most complex thing you've ever taught yourself — what it was, how long it took, and what you used to learn it
- A time you missed a commitment and how you handled it
- A link to your portfolio, GitHub, or a Loom walking through anything you've built
- Your hourly or monthly rate expectation in USD
- When you can start
