We are hiring an Implementation Specialist to assist with onboarding new clients, configuring workflows, and ensuring smooth go-live setup.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding tasks and client setup

Configure workflows and system settings

Conduct onboarding sessions via Zoom/Google Meet

Track onboarding progress and completion

Maintain onboarding checklists and documentation

Requirements

2+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, or project coordination

Strong communication skills

Highly organized and process-driven

Comfortable running training calls

Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with SaaS onboarding

Experience working with international clients
