Implementation Coordinator - WFH 50,000PHP/ month (Night Shift)

What You’ll Do:
- Streamline and Support: Juggle multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and provide seamless support to ensure implementation success.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a vital link between project setup teams, Implementation Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay Organized: Manage schedules, team tools, and documentation to keep projects on track.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Troubleshoot obstacles and find creative solutions to ensure smooth processes.
- Lead Special Projects: Assist in refining project plans, conducting post-implementation reviews, and contributing to Northspyre’s continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 4-5 years of experience in a high-growth environment.
- Mastery of G Suite and a keen eye for detail—accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
- Stellar communication skills (neutral accent and strong understanding of American culture).
- A self-starter attitude who thrives in fast-paced settings and tackles challenges with confidence.
- Willingness to work the night shift (8 PM – 6 AM PHT) to support our global team.
