Job Overview
Apex Residential is a top-producing luxury real estate brokerage based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven AI Agent Builder to design, deploy, and maintain custom AI agents and automations that power our lead nurture, contract review, content creation, and back-office operations.
This is not a generic VA role. You will own our “AI operating system” — the connected layer of GPTs, agents, and automations that runs our business behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
• Build and configure custom AI agents using Anthropic platform with Claude
• Design AI workflows for lead engagement, follow-up sequences, and SMS/email nurture (integrating with Sierra Interactive, Follow Up Boss, and WooSender)
• Build AI-assisted contract review and compliance workflows (we use tools like ListedKit/Ava, AREAL.ai)
• Create AI-powered content systems for social media, listing descriptions, market reports, and video scripts
• Maintain and improve integrations between our CRM, MLS (ARMLS), email, and marketing platforms
• Document every workflow you build (SOPs, Loom walkthroughs)
• Monitor agent performance, prompts, and outputs — iterate weekly
Required Skills
• 2+ years hands-on building with GPTs, Claude, or other LLM agents (please share examples)
• Solid prompt engineering skills — you can show before/after results
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Excellent written English — you’ll be writing prompts, SOPs, and customer-facing copy
• Self-managing — you ask smart questions, then execute
Nice to Have
• Real estate, mortgage, or US-based service business experience
• Experience with Sierra Interactive, Follow Up Boss, or any major real estate CRM
• Familiarity with vector databases / RAG (Pinecone, Supabase, etc.)
• Video/content tools (Descript, Dubb, ReachOut)
Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time, 40 hrs/week — flexible schedule with some overlap with Arizona business hours (MST / GMT-7)
• $1500-$2000 USD/month depending on experience and portfolio
• 13th month pay, paid time off, performance bonuses
• Long-term role with growth into team lead as we scale our AI ops
