About This Job:
OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations.
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional who can provide responsive, on-demand help desk support and assist with data analytics and reporting. In this role, you’ll handle support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with tea
We’re seeking someone with several years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 help desk experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills. One of the following certifications is required: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+. Having two or all three will make you stand out. Salary and Work Setup:
The position is a permanent work from home arrangement, with additional details below.
Base Salary: 50,000 PHP Monthly
Commission-Based: No
Payment Method: Twice Per Month
Work Schedule: US Business Hours; Full-Time; 40 hours per week (No part-time)
