IT Project Implementation Specialist

Hello

We are seeking a IT Project Implementation Specialist to work remotely from home. You would be responsible for taking ownership over assigned IT related projects, and taking them from start to finish in a timely manner.

Ideal candidate would have a minimum 7 years of consistent experience in similar technical support and IT project implementation roles.

You would be tasked with a wide variety of IT projects including but not limited to evaluating the current state of an IT network, email migrations, Active Directory/Entra ID deployment and migrations, Sharepoint deployment and migrations, and enterprise application deployments, upgrades and migrations.

You would be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders in a project are communicated with in a timely manner about project status. Great documentation would be required.

You must have great verbal communication skills and be able to confidently and effectively present a project to a client over a Zoom call in a professional manner so that a non-technical person can understand. You must have very good written skills (grammar and spelling) so that you look professional at all times.

Required Experience:
• Good computer hardware and software troubleshooting skill
• Have VERY VERY GOOD networking skills
• Have 7+ years of experience in a IT project management / technical support position.
• Have 7+ years Window and Linux server administration experience
• Have 7+ years of experience with Active Directory/GPO/Entra ID.
• Have 7+ yers of experience with Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Exchange, Intune, Office apps, etc)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems including Windows 7/8/10/11, Windows Server ---------- • In-depth knowledge of Cloud and virtual environments.

Required Communication Skills:
Our audience is Americans….. You would need to have EXCELLENT spoken English skills (without a discernable accent)

Work Schedule:
The work week schedule would be something like:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00pm Central Standard Time USA.
Some weekend work may be requested at times.
