**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Junior IT Helpdesk Support Analyst** who is eager to build a career not just in support—but also in areas like **DevOps**, **Microsoft security**, and **IT automation**. This role is ideal for recent graduates or junior professionals who want real-world experience and long-term growth.

You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support requests and will report directly to our Philippines-based IT Service Manager. Over time, you'll have opportunities to upskill in scripting, security policies, and cloud automation across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role requires full-time availability during Australian business hours.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and connectivity issues
* Assist with new user setup, device configuration, and application deployment
* Provide basic training and support to end users
* Accurately document support activities and resolutions
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers
* Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements
* Support and learn technologies such as:

* Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
* Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
* Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Identity
* PowerShell scripting for basic automation
* Conditional Access Policies and security baseline management
* Basic exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Microsoft Graph API, automation pipelines)

*What We're Looking For**

This is a junior role, so we’re looking for someone who:

* Has 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
* Holds a degree or certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
* Has a strong interest in Microsoft technologies and cybersecurity
* Has great troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
* Communicates clearly and works well with non-technical users
* Is comfortable working remotely and independently
* Bonus points if you’ve started learning:

* PowerShell or other scripting languages
* Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)
* Security concepts such as MFA, endpoint protection, or zero trust
* Azure or cloud fundamentals
* Automation or DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps)
