IT Help Desk L3 System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will work along with Team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our systems infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of system design, solution architecture, and the ability to manage various operating systems, particularly Windows. The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT services.




Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable systems architecture to support business needs.
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee DNS and DHCP configurations to ensure seamless network operations.
- Develop and maintain microservices to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to create system integration.
- Automate routine tasks through scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as necessary.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and updates for future reference.
- Provide technical support and guidance to tea ---------- mbers as needed.


Experience

- Proven experience in systems engineering with a focus on Windows environments.
- Strong background in system design and solution architecture principles.
- Experience with Azure and SharePoint configuration.
- Proficient in managing DNS and DHCP services within an enterprise environment.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Bash, Powershell).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
