We are a California-based MSP looking for a Remote IT Desktop Support Technician to deliver Level I & II technical support to our clients. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, excellent communications skills, and the ability to resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (California time zone).

Essential Job Functions:
• Support client laptops & desktop computers, printers, VoIP phones, and other devices that touch the network, utilizing
remote support methods.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, etc.
• Perform proactive systems monitoring, backup and routine maintenance to ensure systems operate correctly with
minimal interruption
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems
software, applications software, and all configurations
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
• Track customer issues and resolutions with using our ticketing system
• Build rapport with clients
Technical Skills:
• CRM & Ticketing software — Autotask, Datto
• Backup or archival software — Datto, backup software
• Desktop imaging and management software — Clonezilla, Winget, Nano, Vi, PXE Boot
• Desktop operating systems — Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS
• Experience in VoIP Switchvox, 3CX admin management
• Experienced in working RMM services PSA, Datto, VSA, Kaseya
Qualifications:
• Must have minimum 4 years working for MSP in the USA in a Help Desk / Support Center environment - Required
• Experience trouble shooting, diagnosing and resolving PC, internet and systems related issues -Required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - Required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills - Required
• Detail oriented with ability to identify and resolve problems - Required
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision - Required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Required
• Strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively - Required
• Experience in Cyber Security - Preferred
