IT Administrator (Google Workspace & Mac devices)

Experience
- Google Workspace, including security and user management
- Mac device management and at least one MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, JumpCloud, or similar)
- DNS and domain management
- Password manager at an organisational level
- Comfortable working with SaaS tools and user provisioning across multiple platforms

? Responsive and reliable.
? When something goes wrong, the team needs to know it is being handled
? Clear communicator. Able to explain issues simply to non-technical colleagues
? Self-directed. You can manage your own workload and flag when something needs attention without being prompted
? Calm under pressure. IT issues cause stress for others. Your job is to reduce it, not add to it
