IP & Trademark Lawyer – Copyrights, Brand Protection, and Takedown Enforcement

We’re looking for a sharp and experienced legal professional or IP specialist who can help us protect and enforce our brand across multiple platforms (Amazon, TikTok, etc.).

Our brand is growing fast, and with that, we’re seeing unauthorized sellers and imitators popping up — selling our copyrighted content without permission. We’re looking for someone who can help us:

Responsibilities:
- File and manage copyrights, trademarks, and other IP protections (books, flashcards, branding, logos, etc.)
- Monitor and identify unauthorized resellers or counterfeit listings on platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and others
- File takedown notices and handle enforcement procedures effectively
- Advise on how to structure and register new IP assets as we grow (digital content, physical products, apps, etc.)
- Help ensure we maintain ownership and legal protection over our core content

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IP law, trademark registration, copyright enforcement, especially in the U.S. and/or international markets
- Experience filing takedowns and protecting brand IP on eCommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of digital product/IP protection (books, courses, software, etc.)
- Bonus if you’ve worked with brands selling on Amazon or TikTok Shop
- Bonus if you’re familiar with Philippine law and/or U.S. legal systems
