As an integral part of the Worth Hydrochem of Oklahoma (Worth Hydro) Back Office Excellence Team, the Human Resources and Operations Analyst (HROA) supports and performs many of the back-office Human Resources and Operations Analysis and Support functions that enable Worth Hydro to provide superior service to its customers, both internal and external, and achieve Back Office Excellence for Financial processes and performance.
The HROA will support development of the Total Compensation Plan and execution and management of the Payroll processes and functions. Additionally, HROA will analyze Operations, including Employee Timesheets, Travel Mileage, Credit Card Utilization, Billing and Job Profitability.
The HROA will review and report Worth Hydro Benefits as a strategy for recruiting and retaining talent and collaborate with Business Finance and Accounting to ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy (“Excellence”) of Back Office Processes related to these costs.
Responsibilities include creating and updating Operations Analysis Reports for Technician Performance Evaluation, Project Job Costing and Incentive Compensation Calculations, as well as other special Human Resources and Operations Support Projects for Talent Position and Operations performance metrics.
