We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our amazing team! The HR Manager will work closely with the CEO and COO of the company to ensure that all employees (and ultimately all clients) have a positive experience while working with us. Key areas of focus for this position include: HR operations management (such as process implementation/ improvement, payroll/compensation, and employee engagement/ relations), as well as overall client experience. While serving as a liaison between executive leadership and the rest of the organization, this person will be a critical component to supporting the infrastructure of the organization.
We are looking for someone who is innovative and problem solving. Someone who has experience improving systems with AI. We would like someone to come in and revamp/streamline our HR department.
