Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Director with expertise in talent acquisition and HR management within high-end single family and multifamily property management. This leadership role will oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and asset management. Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition & Strategy
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in high-end single family and multifamily property management.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
2.Hiring & Onboarding
Manage the hiring process, ensuring smooth interviews, offer negotiations, and efficient candidate placement.
Lead a comprehensive onboarding program to help new hires integrate seamlessly.
3.HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Stay informed on industry trends to ensure policies meet legal and regulatory standards.
4.Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and implement programs to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.
Regularly collect feedback and monitor team satisfaction.
5.Leadership & Team Management
Lead the HR team, providing resources and support to foster professional growth.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative work culture that aligns with company values.
6.Asset Audits & Reporting
Conduct regular audits of company assets, collaborating with departments to resolve discrepancies.
7.Continuous Improvement
Use HR data and analytics to refine recruitment processes and optimize team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
1.Proven experience as an HR leader with a focus on high-end single family and/or multifamily property management sectors.
2.Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.
3.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
4.Proficiency in HR technologies and data-driven decision-making.
