Hubspot implementation and possible slack

Our company has an online e-commerce division, our website is based on magento if it matters

We want to better organize our team in terms of tasks, leads processing and marketing so we are considering an implementation of HubSpot for but not limited to:

- tasks for each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber
- marketing calendar for content
- marketing calender for promotions
- we get using a form from our website, b2b leads, we somehow need to put this data into hubspot and automate some things to make sure leads are processed very fast and one of our colleagues gets always assigned to the lead
- propose a way we get newsletter content&automations , currently do not use at all e-mail marketing ( this is not mandatory but is nice to have)


These would be the current challenge + anything you might propose

The ideal candidate will ask ideal questions about the implementation and also prove to us that is capable of handling this in a timely manner, we also can have other tasks or a monthly job depending on skill set

Please approach to us with a clear proposal in how you would implement what we want, show us your past work and experience and ask us any questions before hand

Deadline is also an important factor here, missing any deadlines we agree together will result in a blacklist on our jobs.
