We are looking for a Data Analyst with HubSpot expertise to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze, interpret, and optimize data from HubSpot and other sources to support marketing, sales, and customer success efforts. You will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and insights that enhance business performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data from HubSpot, CRM, marketing campaigns, and other business systems to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing, sales, and customer success teams, identifying trends and improvement areas.
Assist in data cleansing, segmentation, and enrichment to improve CRM and marketing automation effectiveness.
Support A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across platforms.
Develop automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to improve efficiency.
Provide training and support for internal teams on HubSpot reporting best practices and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing, sales, or customer success environment.
2+ years of experience in HubSpot, including reports, dashboards, and data management.
2+ years of experience working in Consumer Product Goods industry.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Experience with CRM data integration and automation tools (Zapier, APIs, HubSpot Workflows, etc.).
Understanding of digital marketing metrics, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable way.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
