We’re seeking a dedicated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist—a real workhorse—to manage our HubSpot platform and drive lead generation. This role is vital to expanding our online presence, defining clear customer journeys, and ensuring seamless marketing and sales operations. You’ll work closely with our core team, ensuring that every marketing automation and campaign detail is executed with precision, while also playing a key role in initiating contact with prospects and setting up appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot & Marketing Automation Management
• HubSpot Configuration & Support:
?- Ensure proper configuration and ongoing optimization of our HubSpot platform.
?- Collaborate daily with our core team to manage content, share reports, and track leads.
?- Review and refine workflows to ensure accuracy and an optimal customer journey.
?- Identify gaps in content and suggest improvements to boost our online presence.
?- Manage additional tasks to support all facets of HubSpot usage.
Sales & Lead Generation
• Lead Tracking & Outreach:
?- Track leads meticulously and coordinate with the core team for smooth follow-ups.
?- Develop, implement, and optimize outreach sequences and campaigns.
?- Execute cold calling initiatives to set appointments, leveraging our closers’ expertise by ensuring a steady flow of qualified meetings.
?- Engage with partner-aligned prospects (e.g., from Smartsheet) and key targets to drive appointment setting.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and lead generation activities.
• Stay updated on best practices in marketing automation and campaign strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience managing HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong background in marketing automation, campaign management, and lead generation strategies.
• Demonstrated success in executing outreach campaigns, including cold calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with a core team.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
