I am a start-up one-person small insurance agency looking for an experience person to help us set up and organize our HubSpot CRM. Looking for someone who is experience setting up the Hubspot CRM for insurance agents.

JJC Insurance Agency provides coverage for individuals, families, and businesses. We want our CRM set up the right way so we can keep client information organized, track policies and renewals, and follow up consistently.
What we need help with
• Organize contacts and companies in HubSpot
• Clean up and import contact data
• Create and manage custom fields for insurance information
• Set up simple pipelines for leads, quotes, renewals, and follow-up
• Add reminders and basic reporting for policy renewals and expirations
• Customize contact records so the most important information is easy to see
• Help us keep the CRM simple, clean, and easy to use
Ideal experience
• Experience setting up HubSpot CRM for insurance agents
• Comfortable cleaning up spreadsheets and imports
• Able to recommend a simple CRM structure, not overcomplicate it
• Experience with setting up the CRM for insurance agents
• Good written English and clear communication
What success looks like
• Our contacts and companies are clean and organized
• Our insurance-related fields are set up properly example policy dated, policy numbers, Type of policy
• We can easily track renewals and follow-ups
• The CRM is simple enough for us to use every day
